Situated in Guoyu village of Beiliu town in Yangcheng county, the Guoyu Ancient Castle is a castle built at the foot of Taihang Mountain early Tang Dynasty. The castle near the mountain and by the water has magnificent and spectacular walls and widespread battlements on the top of the castle wall. In the castle, there are high buildings, strict ancient temples, luxurious residence for officials and elegant folk houses

The Nine Female Immortal Lake Scenic Area, 30 km from Jincheng City to the east, 20 km from Yangcheng County to the west, is one of the important natural scenery tourist attractions in Jincheng City.

Taoist Jade Emperor Temple is the largest and most influential Taoist temple in ancient Zezhou. There are 300 clay sculptures of Taoist Gods in the temple, which form a system and they also display the God system of the Taoism in China, especially the 28 clay sculptures.

There was once such a person that he thought forwardly and began to plant apples on the ground of Sitou Town in Yangcheng County unprecedentedly, as a result, he planted the Money Tree for the local people; he planted white mulberry and bred silkworm, so that Yangcheng became the “head of Shanxi and top of North China”; he dared to try and innovate boldly, and succeeded in plant cotton experimentally in the highly cold mountain area, thus he was received and praised by Premier Zhou.

The West Wenxing Village has beautiful scenery and pleasant landscapes all the year round. It is called as a “mountain embraced village” because of the trees surrounding the rows of houses in the south, tall and graceful Lutai, and being embraced on both the east and the west.

Mount Li which is subordinated to Zhongtiao Mountains is situated at the junction of northeast of Yuanqu County with Qinshui and Yangcheng counties in Shanxi Province. The Forestry Department of Shanxi Province organized relevant experts to go to Lishan for comprehensive survey in October 1983 and May 1984 successively, and it was determined to be the only virgin forest of plaque deciduous broad-leaf forest in the middle reaches of the Yellow River.

Danzhuling Industrial Tourist Area was built by the company through reconstructing the Fushan Reservoir near the mining area, and the beautiful sceneries of “18 Bays” such as “Lake Bay”, “Financial Bay”, “Clear Bay”, etc.; the abandoned mine is built into the underground tourism area and the base integrating safety training and disaster simulation for safety education and training of coal mines.

Here was the pivot for the famous general Lian Po to command Zhao army, call the muster roll of officers and assign them tasks to give commands, halt and hoard up grains during the Battle of Chang Ping. The Zhao army was stationed here for two years, leaving the historical stories of replacing grains with sand and storing up rice hills. In order to be in memory of Lian Po as an old-timer, locals built up the Lian Po Temple on the Da Liang Mountain peak in the Western Han Dynasty

Qinglian Temple around Jue Mountain is located on the hillside of Xiashi Mountain, in the north of Sinazhuang Village. It has two yards: the upper one and the lower one. The upper one is Qinglian Temple. on its central axis, there are Heavenly-Kings Hall, Sutra-Collection Pavilion, Sakya Hall, Mahavira Hall, Arhat Tower with two side chambers, Hall of Ksitigarbha, Sutra Hall, Monk’s Room, Sutra Library.
