To engage in matchmaking between supply and demand of talents: It is necessary to improve the "Lvliang Human Resources and Talents Network" recruitment channel, enable enterprises to find matched job seekers and publish recruitment information based on the position needs after registration and login. The Human Resources Platform records and shares information, and provides matchmaking service between job seekers and positions citywide. The employment units join "one network" at the provincial and municipal levels, achieving "one window acceptance" and online self-service handling for record filing without the meet of errands. To set up professional recruitment platforms: It is necessary to organize the matchmaking of resources, and matchmaking among enterprises in shortage of labor, service intermediaries, universities and colleges (technical colleges), and job seekers; build platforms for activities, launch a range of activities such as career-entrepreneurship guidance for university graduates held at enterprises, campuses, communities and industrial parks, promote the quick and easy employment of college graduates while meeting the general employment needs of enterprises.
