Shanxi, Guangdong to further agricultural cooperation

An event promoting Shanxi province's agricultural goods was held in Guangzhou, capital of South China's Guangdong province, on May 16. 

The event was an important measure to deepen exchanges between the two provinces and was of great significance in terms of win-win cooperation in the agricultural sector.

Provincial departments of agriculture and rural affairs from both provinces promoted provincial brands, while representatives of the cities of Datong and Linfen in Shanxi threw their support behind municipal agricultural brands. 

The Shanxi Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Guangzhou International Medicine Port, and 10 enterprises in Shanxi and Guangdong signed project cooperation agreements, involving Shanxi's medicine, fruit, vegetables, and brewing products.
