Lvliang's project to upgrade logistics services kicks off

(Reporter: Kang Guifang) Recently, Lvliang Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Lvliang Municipal Finance Bureau, Lvliang Municipal Commerce Bureau and Lvliang Municipal Postal Administration have jointly issued 2023 Lvliang's Scheme to Promote Village Logistics Services. It seeks to enhance last year's work of "One feature, three standards" for such services, integrating county-level distributing warehouses, standardizing town-level services and regulating village-level management. This year, the city will build three model counties equipped with the integrated distributing warehouses, 29 standardized town-level delivery stations with improvement in services and register 250 regulated village-level delivery spots with stable operation. The two-way channels to sell agricultural produce and consumer goods shall be guaranteed to serve for quality economic and social development. Provincial subsidies will be given to agricultural produce sold outside of counties on e-commerce platforms based on the pieces. Differentiated subsidies are also available for packages distributed to towns and villages.
