TELC Roundtable of envoys held in Shanxi

The Shanxi Province and Diplomatic Envoys in China Roundtable of the 2023 Taiyuan Energy Low Carbon Development Forum (TELC) was held in Taiyuan, capital of North China's Shanxi province, on the afternoon of Sept 5. 

Lan Fo'an, Party chief of Shanxi, attended the roundtable and delivered a speech, welcoming the guests to the TELC and expressing gratitude for their active promotion of friendly exchanges between their countries and China. 

He sincerely hoped that the guests would engage in discussions and deepen practical cooperation on energy, environment, climate, and other topics of common concern to share the new opportunities of the energy revolution. 

The roundtable was attended by diplomatic envoys from 20 countries and representatives from international organizations based in China. The speakers highly praised the remarkable achievements and positive momentum of Shanxi's transformation and development, and admired Shanxi's contribution to promoting sustainable development and protecting the environment. They also shared their experiences and ideas related to green and low-carbon energy development.
