Shanxi displays competitive products at CIFIT

Fourteen companies from Shanxi province showcased their competitive products at the 23rd China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) in Xiamen, East China's Fujian province, from Sept 8 to 11.

During the fair, the Shanxi exhibition area showcased the overall image of the province, its top 10 industrial chains, 10 characteristic professional towns, investment and business environment, investment promotion policies, as well as leading enterprises in industries with distinctive local advantages.

Shanxi's exhibits ranged from new energy vehicles, special steel materials and liquor to mature vinegar and traditional crafts like iron teapots, demonstrating the new achievements in Shanxi's economic transformation and highlighting local specialties. 

Seminars and business matching events were also organized to strengthen economic and trade exchanges and cooperation between Shanxi and Fujian, and to attract more enterprises to invest in Shanxi. 

As one of the most influential international investment events of the year, CIFIT plays a key role in promoting two-way investment, spreading authoritative information, and discussing investment trends. 

This year, 102 countries and regions participated in the fair, and 14 international organizations took part in conference activities, hosted forums, and released reports.
