Shanxi furthers cooperation with Tianjin, Shanghai

The Shanxi Transformation and Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone in North China's Shanxi province on Nov 26 signed strategic cooperation agreements with the Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area, Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone, and Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone Group. 

It was an important move by Shanxi to further integrate into the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and enhance exchanges and cooperation with the Yangtze River Delta. 

According to the agreements, the parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in areas such as industrial transfer matchmaking, technological innovation, commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, improvement of free trade zone systems, import and export logistics, and operation of comprehensive bonded zones.
