Shanxi issues 3-year plan for county-level commercial development

Shanxi province recently issued the "Implementation Plan for County-level Commercial Development in Shanxi Province (2023-2025)".

The plan aims to introduce more than 60 counties, county-level cities and districts as pilot sites for national county-level commercial development by 2025. It also highlights the creation of more than 10 counties that will lead the country in terms of county-level commercial development.

According to the plan, Shanxi will establish and improve a rural commercial system that focuses on counties, townships, and villages as key areas.
