School ice sports games conclude in Shanxi

The second session of the Shanxi Campus Winter Ice Sports Games recently concluded in Taiyuan, capital of North China's Shanxi province. 

The event, hosted by the Shanxi Ice and Snow Sports Center and the Taiyuan education bureau, was part of the 10th National Public Ice and Snow Season.

The games consisted of nine events, including ice hockey, ice racing, ice tug-of-war, curling, roller hockey, and speed roller skating. The participating athletes came from 11 primary schools and three secondary schools in Shanxi. 

After a month-long competition, the students and teachers from Shanxi Tongbao Yujie School won the first place in the team event category.
