North China's Shanxi province saw its cross-border e-commerce exports under the 9610 customs supervision code exceed 10,000 on March 19.

That day, more than 2,500 parcels cleared customs smoothly under the 9610 customs supervision code at Taiyuan's Wusu Comprehensive Bonded Zone.

Since the beginning of this year, the cross-border e-commerce exports at the zone have maintained an upward trend, with quality Chinese products swiftly reaching global destinations thanks to multiple measures implemented by Wusu Customs.

Wusu Customs has been focused on optimizing business environment policies, establishing a dedicated team specifically for cross-border e-commerce. It has also advanced the construction of "smart customs" to expedite the clearance of cross-border e-commerce goods.

Additionally, it has implemented green channels for the inspection and monitoring of key imported products, such as infant formula and health foods; enhanced communication and coordination with the Taiyuan Customs Technology Center; and provided efficient services to local businesses.
