Shanxi and Naryn of Kyrgyz Signs a MoU on Sister Province Cooperation

Jin Yunyan, Vice President of Shanxi Provincial People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and Kaipov, Governor of Naryn Province of Kyrgyz Republic, signed a Memorandum on Establishing Sister Province Ties between Shanxi Province and Naryn Province.

During the 4th Session of China-Central Asia Cooperation Forum jointly hosted by the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and Jinan Municipal People’s Government on May 13, Jin Yunyan signed with Kaipov a memorandum on the sister province cooperation between Shanxi Province and Naryn Province.

Jin Yunyan and Kaipov agreed that the two provinces will take advantage of the memorandum on sister province cooperation to enhance the high-level exchange and non-governmental exchange as well as push forward the cooperation in all areas. Jin Yunyan invited Kaipov to attend the First International Friendship Cities Conference in Shanxi along with his delegation. After that, Jin Yunyan paid a visit to Shandong Provincial People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries.
