II. Market Prospects
Established on December 4, 2015, Shanxi North China Yifeng Tourism Development Co., Ltd. is the main investor of this project. Located on the banks of Hutuo River of Liangjiazhai Township, and the junction of Hebei and Shanxi Provinces, the project enjoys very convenient transportation, and is adjacent to the 4A-level Dachang Hot Spring Resort, Longtai Mountain Scenic Spot and Dachang Ancient Village Cultural Tourism Area. It will be a famous spa-oriented holiday resort and healthy town in North China.

III. Construction Contents
Liangjiazhai Health Town Project will become a well-known holiday resort in North China, taking health care as the core, and integrating spa, elderly care, sports and leisure, ancient village adventure, ecological experience and agricultural tourism.
The whole town is divided into “one belt and five zones”. The “one belt” refers to the wetland ecological landscape belt, “five zones” refer to health care zone, elderly care zone, coastal business zone, sports and leisure zone, ecological agricultural tour park. The project covers about 814.04 mu of land, with total construction area of about 230,233.91 m2.

IV. Advantages Analysis
Transportation Advantages: The project site is adjacent to an exit of Yangquan-Wutai Mountain Expressway, and it only takes half an hour to arrive at Yangquan North Station of Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan High-speed Railway.
Environmental Advantages: As there are no coal and chemical enterprises in Liangjiazhai Township, the ecological green vegetation is well preserved. The project is built along Hutuo River, which has running water all the year round.
Cultural Tourism Advantages: It is adjacent to 4A-level Dachang Hot Spring Resort and 4A-level Zang Mountain Scenic Spot.
Featured Functions: There are unique natural hot springs with outlet water temperature of 67℃, which are reputed as medicinal springs, because they contain radon, sodium, iron and other trace elements, which are beneficial to human body.

V. Project Progress
The municipal and county governments have included this project into the list of key projects for economic transformation and upgrading. The county government has set up a Project Promotion Team headed by the County Governor, in order to promote the construction of the project.
The project covers an area of 814.04 mu. A total of 309.886 mu of land has been expropriated, and 504.154 mu of land has been approved.

It is estimated that the annual sales revenue will be RMB 700 million, the annual profits will reach RMB 300 billion, and the payback period will be 8 years.

VIII. Supporting Conditions
A special tourism highway has been built for this project, and the supporting facilities for tourism infrastructure such as sewage treatment plant, natural gas supply station, central heating station, water supply station and the transformation of 35 KVA substation have been completed and put into operation.

IX. Preferential Policies
1. One-stop examination and approval and one-stop service are implemented for project approval.
2. For major projects that need to be coordinated through meetings, joint coordination meetings shall be held by the Municipal Investment Promotion Leading Group on a regular basis.
3. Special protection for foreign-invested enterprises is provided. Except for the administrative fees that are required to be paid according to the national laws and regulations or provincial government regulations, no entity shall apportion, impose fines or collect fees arbitrarily.
