Why does the CPC work in China? The Jinsui Revolutionary Memorial Hall in Caijiaya village, North China's Shanxi province, remains a silent witness to the past. Thirteen young Africans were invited by the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries to visit the Memorial Hall on Tuesday.
